These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of JIT Salary Negotiation, LLC.’s Negotiation Service. The terms and conditions apply to all coaching provided by JIT Salary Negotiation, LLC.
(“the Coach”) to any individual or organization (“the Client”) and constitute the contract for the service to be provided by the Coach for the Client. The term ‘coaching’ covers salary negotiation coaching and coaching sessions for Clients and, where applicable, includes mentoring or supervision services provided by the Coach or others.
The date that the payment takes place shall be deemed the start date for the Service. Payment and/or participation by any individual in the first paid coaching session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. JIT Salary Negotiation, LLC. operates between the hours of 8 am-5 pm EST, Monday-Friday. The Coach may, at their discretion, be available outside of those hours, however, all communication should be kept to operating hours as much as possible.
4. The Client accepts full responsibility for their decisions and course of action.
5. We do not provide compensation ranges or reports.
6. We do not guarantee coach-matching.
7. We do not provide immigration or tax advice.
8. We do not provide therapy or counseling services.
Payment
Fees for the coaching packages and sessions are payable in advance as part of the submission process when completing the submission form unless otherwise agreed. Where payment has not been received by JIT Salary Negotiation in advance of the first coaching session, the Coach is not obliged to provide the session. The service fee will be collected at the end of the submission form and before the Client schedules a date and time for their first coaching call. Certain clients may be eligible for the payment plans. In such cases, JIT Salary Negotiation, LLC. will send a payment plan option to the Client after the payment negotiation process is complete and before the Client begins the first coaching session with JIT Salary Negotiation.
Scheduling a Coaching Session
Prior to purchasing a coaching package or sessions, the client can schedule a free 15-minute consultation with JIT Salary Negotiation to discuss their situation and to see what plan is right for them.
After purchasing a coaching plan, the first coaching session can be scheduled using the link provided in the confirmation email sent to the client within 24 hours after the submission form and payment is received.
If the Client purchases a plan that includes multiple coaching sessions, a new scheduling link will be sent to the Client after each session or it can be coordinated with a member of JIT Salary Negotiation, LLC. team until the Client has no sessions left.
Eligibility
Eligibility guidelines for different packages are available on the Services page.
We do not support negotiations for New Grad/Intern Conversion offers at this time. If you have an offer like this and would still like to book and attempt the negotiation, please note that we do not guarantee any increase in your offer.
Between Calls
Where possible, Clients are requested to submit any information requested by The Coach relating to assignments at least 24 hours before the coaching call. This will allow both the Client and Coach to prepare for the call. The Coach may provide feedback on completed assignments.
For plans that include text and email support, the Client may contact the Coach by text or email between calls to seek clarification regarding the negotiation process or for administrative purposes (e.g. how a Client reschedules a coaching call or make a payment). Additional coaching may also be provided between calls by email.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If a Client needs to reschedule a coaching call, they should provide at least 24 hours notice by email to the Coach and/or to [email protected]. No refunds will be given to Clients for unused follow-up calls/sessions. In exceptional circumstances, the Coach may need to reschedule a coaching call. In those instances, the Coach will also give the Client advance notice where practical. When a Client pays for a plan in advance they must have the coaching call(s) that they have paid for within 30 days for the Silver package, 60 days for the Gold package, and 90 days for the Diamond package, or their payment for services is forfeited.
All notices of cancellation must be written and delivered by email to [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. This refund is only valid if services have not commenced in any way.
Confidentiality
Personal information (defined as name, email, and phone number) supplied by Clients will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the Client’s prior permission, saved where required by law, or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the Client or someone else. Clients are completely free to discuss the use of the service with anyone.
Early Termination
In exceptional circumstances, such as inappropriate behavior by the Client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, the Coach can decide to terminate the service to the Client early or refuse or be unable to provide further coaching services to the Client. In such a circumstance the Client will be given reasonable notice of termination by the Coach where practicable and will be refunded any advance payments made for coaching sessions not yet provided.
