What do I get when I work with JIT Salary Negotiation?

After booking a coaching package suitable for your level, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to schedule your first coaching session. To get the most out of your first call, we encourage you to share your offer details via our form as part of the booking process or via email after booking your coaching package. Next, we conduct offer review, compensation research and craft a negotiation strategy that fits your unique situation. We’ll also guide you through the entire process, and provide useful talking points so you know what to say and how to say it.

Throughout the salary negotiation process, we’re there with you every step of the way. There are no limits on emails and up to 3-5 coaching calls (unlimited calls for the Diamond package) can be scheduled at any time for the duration of your package or until you accept an offer.

When should I begin the process with JIT Salary Negotiation?

Salary negotiations can begin at any point of the process and can happen as early as the first recruiter phone screen, therefore we recommend connecting with us as early as possible. Even if you are still early in the process, our salary negotiation coaching program can help you prepare to handle compensation-related questions from the start.

Is there any risk of my offer being rescinded?

When working with us, we’ll evaluate your situation and guide you on the best approach to negotiate without risking your offer. It’s important to note that even companies that do not negotiate offers still expect you to negotiate so your offer will not get rescinded by trying to negotiate.

Do you guarantee that the company will increase my offer?

It’s important to understand that no one can guarantee a company will increase their offer however we can guarantee two things when you are working with us:

  1. We’ll provide you with expert salary negotiation coaching and proven strategies to give you the best possible chance of securing higher compensation.
  2. We offer a guaranteed increase or your money back. This means you are guaranteed an offer increase from the initial offer in Total Compensation (including but not limited to base salary, stock compensation, and any bonuses) at least the equal amount of what you paid for your package; $1,500 in Total Compensation for the Silver package, $2500 for the Gold package, and $5,000 for the Diamond package. You are eligible for a full refund of the coaching package if we don’t achieve a specified increase, except the $300 (Silver), $500 (Gold), and $1000 (Diamond) to help compensate the coaches for their time.

How do the guaranteed increase and the money-back guarantee work?

We offer a guaranteed increase or your money back for all 3 of our salary negotiation coaching packages. This means you are guaranteed an offer increase from the initial offer in Total Compensation (including but not limited to base salary, stock compensation, and any bonuses) at least the equal amount of what you paid for your package; $1,500 in Total Compensation for the Silver package, $2500 for the Gold package, and $5,000 for the Diamond package. What happens if I accept another offer?

If you decide to accept a different job offer without consulting us or if the new offer is outside the scope of the service, the money-back guarantee will no longer apply. We recommend keeping us informed throughout the process to ensure you make the most informed decisions.

Which salary negotiation coaching package is right for me?

Our salary negotiation services and coaching packages are based on the level of the job offers.
Silver must be selected if the job offer is for entry-level to mid-career professional roles.
Gold must be selected if the job offer is for Senior IC & People Manager:
Diamond must be selected if the job offer is for Director / VP / Executive roles

Can I use your service for multiple offers?

Yes, our service can assist with multiple offers as long as they fall within the scope of the package you’ve chosen and you made us aware of these offers from the very beginning and before your first coaching session. Please note, however, that our engagement concludes once you accept one of the offers or 30,60, or 90 days (depending on your package) have passed from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. Our primary objective is to help you secure the best possible compensation with your preferred employer.

What if I don’t need everything in the package?

If you don’t need everything or any support that comes with the package, we offer one-time salary negotiation sessions starting at just $500 per 60-minute session with your coach. Similar, to the coaching packages you will choose a session based on the level of the job offers.
Professionals must be selected if the job offer is for entry-level to mid-career professional roles.
Senior must be selected if the job offer is for Senior IC & People Manager:
Leadership must be selected if the job offer is for Director / VP / Executive roles

When should I begin the process with JIT Salary Negotiation?

We understand that salary negotiations are often time-sensitive therefore we designed our process to be as efficient as possible so we can get to work on your offers right away and as soon as the submission comes through to prevent any delay. With that being said, you’ll pay for your package upfront as part of the submission process to officially secure your coaching package.

  • Select a coaching package based on the job offer level and click “Book Now”.
  • Complete our submission form with your information, job offer details, and other helpful information.
  • At the end of this submission form, reconfirm your coaching package option enter payment details, and click “Book Now”
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with a link to book your coaching session.

NOTE: A payment plan option to pay the full price over 3 or 4 interest-free payments is possible. Please email us for more details if you are interested in enrolling in a payment plan.

Do you support salary negotiations and job offers outside the US?

Yes, we support negotiations for most countries. All of our coaches are based in the US, but have experience working internationally across various countries.
